I went and got an oil change there and it was great. Staff was very friendly, the waiting room was nice. Service was great and it was done pretty quickly for how busy it was!!

I have to say this was by far the quickest car buying experience I have ever had! Sales rep. John made this process so easy for me. He had everything ready by the time I got a the dealership all I had to do was sign paperwork with the finance dept. and I was on my way with my new Equinox! The team was professional, prompt, and kept me well-informed with timely notifications and clear communication throughout the visit. Their friendly attitude and attention to scheduling made the experience easy and stress-free. One small suggestion: it would have been helpful if they had checked the DEF level and the fuel filter usage percentage and offered me the option to have those addressed during the service. That proactive touch would make an already-great experience even better. Overall, I’m pleased with the service at Jay Hodge Chevrolet and would recommend them to others.

What a great experience! I found the exact vehicle I wanted on their website, contacted them and was able to do the entire process remotely. Fast forward just one day and my new truck was delivered to my house! Sales, finance, delivery was all easy and professional! Going to recommend to friends.
