Sold me a truck back in August last year, they didn't disclose previous transmission problems to me or warranty company, I am on the 3rd transmission and same problem is reoccurring. No support from dealer on trading for something else or any other solutions offered, I am considering legal action since they don't seem to care about any other remedies, Seems they have no regard responsible business practices or respect for customers.

Have a 2004 Silverado 2500HD Duramax Pickup 151K miles excellent condition. Would not start. Towed 30 miles to CHEVROLET dealer to receive quality service from certified mechanics. Without any human interaction, received text saying I needed to agree to $410 diagnostic fee and it probably had fuel bypassing the injectors. I called 3 times to inquire as to the nature of the problem, before I actually spoke to a human being. (he was on the phone with customers...I am a customer!) I asked did they look under the hood for leak in a hose or look at the computer error codes? NO. Was told diesel tech had 20 years experience. His diagnostic was wrong. Diagnostics reported FIMC control module. I was told they couldn't get the part. Check with Ebay or JUNK YARDS! Then told to come and get it. Really? I found the part without much investigation. Why couldn't they? I would not ever recommend this Dealership. Communication was terrible. I would never buy another Chevrolet product, and I am a sucker for preserving this beautiful piece of Americana over 20 years. They never said thank you for using this dealership etc until I got a text message expecting a positive review. Avoid this place, and find a good junkyard, part refurbisher, and mechanic.

After having a major breakdown while 900 miles from home I am a very satisfied

I would not recommend them. They were dishonest with me, would not return my call, and charged me $700. and told me my truck was repaired and it had the same low oil pressure light come on 4 times in 30 minutes driving it home, AFTER I had it towed there for them to repair! They wont' return my call now!

Great customer service from Jon Sawyer (Service advisor) during my visit at this dealer location. My car needed immediate attention and he repaired it a timely manner. Entire staff was pleasant and very helpful. Ever in Sulphur Springs, TX visit this location. You won’t regret!!
