So I’m gonna be honest with everyone buying cars, is not my favorite thing to do. I hate the sitting sitting waiting waiting sitting waiting. The salesman “Let me go ask”. Come back. Go back. I purchased this vehicle at Jay Hodge, they pre approved me before I got there, they had all the paperwork done. All I had to do was go in drive the car sign the paper and I was out. And did I mention I did 95% of it online? Normally a six hour process barely took us an hour. I would recommend anyone to Jay Hodge thank you, Jon and the Jay Hodge team! I know where all my future purchases will come from.

I recently brought my vehicle to Jay Hodge Chevrolet and was very satisfied with the service. The team was professional, prompt, and kept me well-informed with timely notifications and clear communication throughout the visit. Their friendly attitude and attention to scheduling made the experience easy and stress-free. One small suggestion: it would have been helpful if they had checked the DEF level and the fuel filter usage percentage and offered me the option to have those addressed during the service. That proactive touch would make an already-great experience even better. Overall, I’m pleased with the service at Jay Hodge Chevrolet and would recommend them to others.
