I test drove a couple of cars earlier and decided to try other brands of cars to be sure the equinox was the right car for me. The other dealers hounded me. Jay Hodge Chevrolet did not. I walked in and Tyler Davidson met me at the door. I told him I was ready to buy and now I’m the proud owner of my equinox.
Not very satisfied with the time wait,was told about an hour or so and was there for 3 1/2 hours just to get an oil change with appointment 😔 and the air filter gage was going off every time I crank it up so I had to wait till I got back to my home state and have Jay Hoggs fix the problem..
While visiting Sulphur Springs, we needed an oil change in our suv. When the service department had it, they noticed there was a recall on a part and replaced it during the service we came in for. That is “heads up” service - taking the time to make certain everything is working in top notch condition on the car. Thank you Jay Hodge service department for exemplary service - a rare thing these days.

I just want to give a shout out to Jay Hodge service department with a special shout-out to Lynzi! My 2018 Tahoe was in the shop for 3 long months, due to circumstances beyond anybody’s control.
