I recently brought my vehicle to Jay Hodge Chevrolet and was very satisfied with the service. The team was professional, prompt, and kept me well-informed with timely notifications and clear communication throughout the visit. One small suggestion: it would have been helpful if they had checked the DEF level and the fuel filter usage percentage and offered me the option to have those addressed during the service. That proactive touch would make an already-great experience even better.

What a great experience! I found the exact vehicle I wanted on their website, contacted them and was able to do the entire process remotely. Fast forward just one day and my new truck was delivered to my house! Sales, finance, delivery was all easy and professional! Going to recommend to friends.
Sold me a truck back in August last year, they didn't disclose previous transmission problems to me or warranty company, I am on the 3rd transmission and same problem is reoccurring. No support from dealer on trading for something else or any other solutions offered, I am considering legal action since they don't seem to care about any other remedies, Seems they have no regard responsible business practices or respect for customers.

Absolutely the best Service Center Manager I have ever dealt with. I live in Mountain Home Arkansas and my daughter and I were returning from Dallas when our 23 GMC Yukon broke down. Had it towed to Jay Hodge Chevrolet Service Center expecting nothing could be done until Monday. Called the Service Center at 8:00 a.m.and Justin was already pulling the vehicle in for diagnostics testing. Pulley failure causing Serpentine Belt to malfunction. Had us back on the road at 11 am. Amazing service and an Amazing team that handled our situation. Thank you so much!!!

The entire experience was amazing. Start to finish. Jon was an attentive, eager salesman. Zack in finance was sweet and extremely helpful with the finance process and helped tremendously! Sweet Morgan was so knowledgeable on the setup of all the fancy gadgets and services amd even called to check in to make sure all was working well! Love love love these people!!
Gave me what I was asking for my truck. Worked hard behind the scenes to ensure the trade made sense for me financially. Ask for salesman Jon Boehlar. I believe he is honest and well intentioned towards the customer. If you are thinking about a new or used vehicle at least hear what they have to say. You can always walk away at anytime, but I think if you meet with Jon you will be driving off the lot in your new to you vehicle. Enjoy your new ride.
I had a check engine light come on and called to see if I could get it serviced. Justin was great to work with! Communicated with me on everything, let me know what was going on and helped every step of the way. Truck was in and out in a few days and I was back out on the road. Solid job done by their team!

Communication with the intake person was terrible. Maybe he thought he didn’t have any update so he didn’t text but a ‘simple’ we still are waiting on a technician, would have been great.,we dropped the car off on a Thursday….usually when you do that the shop will call you with a cost estimate. It took a day to learn there were bigger jobs ahead of us and still there was no diagnosis.
