I went to Jay Hodge Chevrolet in Sulphur Springs for an oil change and tire rotation this week. The Service department staff was excellent!! Very friendly and courteous. No hidden fees! My car was ready within an hour. Thanks to the Service department! Will definitely use them again!

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation but got there earlier and they took it straight back. I bet I wasn’t there 35 to 40 minutes and it was done and ready to go. Much faster than the other dealer I’m used to using. Jay Hodges is now my dealership choice for my maintenance needs.

I am very pleased with my purchase, and it was fairly quick experience. I must add even though the sales person was polite, he was extremely aggressive over the phone when I was first approached regarding purchasing a used car.
I've had a recent bankruptcy on my record. it was mainly due to some extreme medical bills that I just couldn't dig myself out of.

Scheduled an appointment for my regular service on my Silverado, I arrived and was guided in, they started right away and I was updated regularly with texts and communication with the service manager. In and out in less than 45 minutes.
Friday was my first time being serviced at this location, and the customer service was amazing. I drove 45 mins from home and it exceeded my expectations. The oil change took approximately 43 mins . I was literally in and out. Great job.

I originally took my truck in for transmission issues along with a/c compressor and safety cameras. It was under warranty so everything but the transmission flush was covered. Due to previous owners not keeping up with maintenance they also had to change the brake fluid and coolant system. Out of pocket was over $1000 and they had it over 3 weeks. I had the pleasure of using Jay Hodge mobile oil change service on 8-19-26. The guys changed my oil and rotated my tires in my driveway. And they did an excellent job. They were very personable and knew what they were doing. Their mobile van was awesome. The tools they used were top of the line stuff. I could not have been more pleased. I will use this service from now on.
I am thankful Garret found why the engine light kept dropping on my Buick Encore. Turns out that my last oil change (not at this dealership) was the culprit showing fuel trim off. The oil dipstick was not seated correctly! Check this first if this happens, to save time.

We were on vacation in Texas when we had an issue with our new vehicle which was purchased where we live in Arkansas.
