If you like to rumble off-road, consider the Z71 trim with its all-terrain tires, two-speed transfer case, and durable underside guards. The Tahoe is powered by a brawny V8 engine that generates 355 horsepower, while a 420-horsepower V8 and muscular diesel option are also available. Any engine choice will cooperate smoothly with a 10-speed automatic transmission. When fully equipped to tow, the 2021 Tahoe can pull up to 8,400 pounds.
